Attorney Joseph Taylor received his Juris Doctor degree from Regent University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia. Mr. Taylor is licensed by the Virginia State Bar.

As a native of South Hill, Virginia, Mr. Taylor is civically active in his community. He is a member of the South Hill Rotary Club and the South Hill Chamber of Commerce, and Friends of the R. T. Arnold Library. In addition, he serves on the Planned Giving Committee of the Community Memorial Healthcenter Foundation and on the Board of Directors of MacCallum More Museum and Gardens in Chase City, Virginia.
